In The Treasure of Cajmoor, the first book in the Cajmoor trilogy, best friends Jake, Avi, Carrie, and Micah spend the first night of their summer vacation making up a story about a magical kingdom with a lost treasure. It’s all fun and games until they wake up inside their story and really do have to find the treasure! The friends follow a trail of ten tricky clues, solving puzzles and facing challenges that will take all their wits. Along the way, they cross paths with Umbria, an enigmatic witch with her own ties to the treasure, and Nox, a shady traveler whose help comes with a price. Unsure whom to trust, the friends will have to rely on Jake’s leadership, Avi’s brains, Carrie’s intuition, and Micah’s out-of-the-box thinking if they hope to find the treasure of Cajmoor and make it back home…
